HOW DO I KNOW IF WE'RE A GOOD FIT?
This is both a wonderful and oh-so-important question. At Hoopla, we enjoy working with many different small business owners, startups, and our process is adaptable to various industries. We also understand and that's why we ask anyone who's interested in working with us to browse through our portfolio to ensure your vision and our style is a good match.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
For most services, we require a 50% non-refundable down payment upfront upon beginning the project or half of the project fee. This secures your project in our schedule. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the project, or before the final delivery of files if we are working on your new visual brand. HOW MANY REVISIONS DO I GET?
Branding Packages have set revisions included. For individual print pieces, we'll agree upon a number of revisions for your project and we will incorporate that into your design cost estimate. To help us keep focus and be efficient, we generally suggest 2-3 revisions total. Additional revisions beyond what is agreed upon will be billed at our consultants' hourly rate. WHAT CAN I EXPECT FOR A TURNAROUND TIME?
After discussing your needs, wants and ideas, we will have a better idea of the scope of your project and the time involved. From there, we will put together a reasonable timeline that works well for both and aligns with your deadlines as best as possible. WHEN CAN WE GET STARTED?
It's up to you. Just contact us to get started. We will always try to help you meet your marketing deadlines. However, when we can start the design process it all depends on the nature of your project and how far out our project schedule is currently booked. We are typically booked out 3-4 weeks in advance.... so the sooner you can get in touch with us, the better!

SHOULD I INVEST IN PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY FOR MY PROJECT?
Short answer: Yes! Using professional photography can make a huge difference in your marketing and help bring you to the next level. If you're located in Chattanooga, we can put you in touch with a few wonderful local photographers we use often, if you’d like to have your own photos taken, be sure they are high resolution. We can also share some great stock imagery resources if you'd like to purchase images for your marketing use. Hint: Always look at a photographer's portfolio before hiring them, to be sure their style will jive with yours!

Let's not even ask this question. We are living in a digital world and having a website, is your company's digital resume. If you have a business and don’t have a website, you are losing out on great opportunities for your business. A website itself can be used to accomplish many different marketing strategies to help your business increase in prospective clients as well as increase brand awareness.
