I'VE NEVER WORKED WITH A MARKETING CONSULTANT BEFORE. HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Firstly, don't worry one bit! Before we start our project, I'll walk you through the entire process to ensure you feel comfortable and confident moving forward. Many of your more detailed questions may be answered on this very page and also on my services page, which offers more info on the services I offer, creative process and what to expect when working with me.
HOW DO I KNOW IF WE'RE A GOOD FIT?
This is both a wonderful and an oh-so-important question. I enjoy working with many different small business owners and my process is adaptable to various industries. I also understand and that's why I ask anyone who's interested in working with me to browse through my portfolio to ensure your vision and my style is a good match.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
For most services, I require a 50% non-refundable down payment up front upon beginning the project. This secures your project in my schedule. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the project, or before final delivery of files if I'm working on your new visual brand. HOW MANY REVISIONS DO I GET?
Branding Packages have set revisions included. For individual print pieces, we'll agree upon a number of revisions for your project and I'll incorporate that into your design cost estimate. To help me keep focus and be efficient, I generally suggest 2-3 revisions total. Additional revisions beyond what is agreed upon will be billed at my consultant hourly rate.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FOR A TURNAROUND TIME?
After discussing your needs, wants and ideas, I’ll have a better idea of the scope of your project and the time involved. From there, I'll put together a reasonable timeline that works well for both of us and aligns to your deadlines as best as possible. WHEN CAN WE GET STARTED?
Contact me to find out! I will always try to help you meet your personal and/or marketing deadlines. However, when I can start the design process it all depends on the nature of your project and how far out my project schedule is currently booked. I'm typically booked out 3-4 weeks in advance.... so the sooner you can get in touch, the better!

WHY NOT JUST A LOGO?

SHOULD I INVEST IN PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY FOR MY PROJECT?
Short answer: Yes! Using professional photography can make a huge difference in your marketing and help bring you to the next level. If you're located in Chattanooga, I can put you in touch with a few wonderful local photographers, if you’d like to have your own photos taken, be sure they are high resolution. I can also share some great stock imagery resources if you'd like to purchase images for your marketing use. Hint: Always look at a photographer's portfolio before hiring them, to be sure their style will jive with yours!
WHY DO I NEED A WEBSITE?
Let's not even ask this question. We are living in a digital world and having a website, is your company's digital resume. If you have a business and don’t have a website, you are losing out on great opportunities for your business. A website itself can be used to accomplish many different marketing strategies to help your business increase in prospective clients as well as increase brand awareness. It is imperative for every business to have a website including yours.
