Social Media Management

Tell your social media story.

It’s the 21st century and by now, you’ve probably realized where social media seats within your marketing mix.

You may be starting up a new business and not sure how to use social, or you might have been around and had quite a few different social media managers login to your Instagram over the last few years with barely any results.

It truly can be difficult to hire a good social media freelancer or manager, because social requires a very broad skill set. It’s a mixture of tech, design, writing, analytics, and soft skills. Most of all, we need to be able to work fast and in a very responsive way.

Here's what I can do for you.

I’ve been working on social media pages and campaigns for years, and believe me, I’ve seen it all. I also work in a variety of ways; from full social content creation and management to just overseeing and training your employees.

Here's my robust social media management plan!

1. Social Media
Social media remains one of the best ways to stay connected with friends and families, it's also one of the most critical types of online marketing for your business.

  • I use your Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn business pages to help drive traffic to your website.

  • I create smart, engaging posts that help inform your audience about what you do which encourages them to interact with your posts and learn more about your services hence building your client list.

  • I do my research to learn about the most effective types of interactive posts and how to use each platform for marketing your business to a diverse and targeted audience.

2. Content

Content marketing is another must-have for your social media marketing strategy. If you ever wondered why so many websites have blogs, it's because content marketing works! Not having a blog can mean you're missing out on valuable traffic and potential business.

  • I can create business blog content that will help position you as an expert in what you do and share that content on your social media platforms.

  • I use your blog content to help more potential customers find you online and generate more business.

3. Email Marketing

Good email strategies are significantly different from much of the junk that hits your spam email folder. Effective email marketing provides information to clients and potential customers that keep their information without triggering an "unsubscribe" response.

  • I create email marketing campaigns that offer helpful information, and special offers, and include videos in your email content which are also shared on your social media platforms. All this information is converted to appeal to your online audience.

  • I manage your campaigns and am careful not to email too often, and always keep your content relevant to your business.

When these strategies don't work well together, you could lose valuable traffic (and new potential customers!). Contact me and I'll make sure each of these tools play their part well and support your overall social media marketing and business goals.
